REGISTRATION OPENS FRIDAY, MAY 16TH

AGE GROUPS

6-7yrs (2018-2019) | 8-10yrs (2015/2016/2017)  | 11-13yrs (2012/2013/2014)

Summer Session #1 – July 14 – July 30

3 weeks x 2 games per week

SESSION 1 & 2 DAYS/TIMES

6-7 YRS: MONDAYS & WEDNESDAYS 5:00PM – 6:00PM

8-10 YRS: MONDAYS & WEDNESDAYS 6:15PM – 7:15PM

11-13 YRS: MONDAYS & WEDNESDAYS 7:30PM – 8:30PM

Players who do not already have the required set of official Mr. Lube + Tires jerseys (blue & yellow) must purchase a set through the registration form.

6 fast-paced, fun 1 hour 3-on-3 games (2 per week)

  • Players & goalies will be divided into two teams each game
  • 3 periods plus warm-up & post-game Heart & Hustle 
  • Skill levels of players will vary – this is a recreational program
  • Adult supervised 
  • Parent Volunteers will be needed for score clock & bench supervision
  • Games will be played on holidays
  • Waivers must be submitted online for all participants & volunteers
  • Schedule and age groupings subject to adjustments
  • Online Registration and payments  
  • REGISTRATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE 
  • NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS for absences or withdrawals; no pro-rating for late registrants
