Players who do not already have the required set of official Mr. Lube + Tires jerseys (blue & yellow) will be required to purchase a set through the registration form for an additional $45.

10 fast-paced, fun 1 hour 3-on-3 games (1 per week)
- Players & goalies will be divided into two teams each game
- 3 periods plus warm-up & post-game Heart & Hustle
- Skill levels of players will vary – this is a recreational program
- Adult supervised
- Parent Volunteers will be needed for score clock & bench supervision
- Waivers must be submitted online for all participants & volunteers
- Schedule and age groupings subject to adjustments
- Games will be played on holidays
- Registration and payments ONLINE ONLY
- REGISTRATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
- NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS for absences or withdrawals; no pro-rating for late registrants
