Birthday Party Package Includes:

• Group liability insurance
• GST 5%
• 1 hour ice rental as above (max 24 ppl on ice/bench) – ONLINE WAIVERS REQUIRED IN ADVANCE FOR THIS RESTRICTED AREA!
• 2 hour party room (1 hour during ice session & 1 hour post ice session)
• Use of 2 dressing rooms during ice session (available 30 mins prior to ice time)
• Use of 2 nets (shooter-tutor upon request)
• Use of pucks
• Use of score clock (must be operated by an adult)
• Connect your phone to sound system

Party room includes:

• Tables, tablecloths & chairs for up to 22 ppl
• Use of sink, fridge w/freezer to store any food/non-alcoholic drinks you wish to bring
• Large counter area for food, gifts, etc.
• You may decorate (must remove all decorations post-party)

• -Hockey games require players to wear gear
• -Payment due upon receipt of invoice via e-transfer to gm@westkelownahockeycentre.ca (or provide credit card details 3.5% fee added). Bookings are non-refundable.
• –Rosters & waivers due (submitted online) minimum 1 week prior
• -Food and drinks (other than water) are not permitted in the dressing rooms or at ice level at any time.
• -Dressing rooms & party room are available 30 minutes prior to scheduled ice time
• -Additional fee applies for a second birthday child
